We are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about providing clarity and connection to individuals and families through expert counseling and support.
Position Details:

Type: Full-Time

Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Conduct therapy sessions with individuals and families, focusing on enhancing emotional well-being and relationships.
• Develop personalized treatment plans for addressing challenges such as family conflict, stress, and mental health issues.
• Gather social histories from clients through interviews to better understand their needs.
• Guide clients and families in exploring treatment options, mental health resources, and recovery strategies.
• Keep precise and confidential counseling records.

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 annually, with benefits.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Valid LMFT license in Iowa.
• Experience working with diverse communities.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
