Hiring! Full-time Physician Assistant in Bellingham, Washington

Our team is currently looking for a physician assistant who will be responsible for the clinical and administrative tasks required to deliver quality and safe healthcare services.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday - Thursday: 9 AM-7 PM

Compensation: $115,000.00 - $135,000 per year + benefits 

Job Duties:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical exams
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses in collaboration with physicians
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, etc.)
• Develop and manage treatment plans, including prescribing medications
• Assist in minor procedures and surgical support
• Provide patient education on preventive care and wellness
• Manage accurate and timely medical records using (EHR system)
• Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals

Requirements:

• Masters degree and successful completion of an accredited physician assistant program
• Current licensure as Physician Assistant by the state of Washington
• Board Certification as a Physician Assistant by the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) or National
• Commission on Certification of Physicians Assistants (NCCPA) is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively within a clinical team
• Demonstrated professional competence and integrity, and ethical conduct of practice
• Strong computer skills and EMR knowledge
