Location: Federal Way, Washington | Employment Type: Full-Time | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM- 5 PM

Our orthopedic outpatient clinic in Washington is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our interdisciplinary care team. Here, you won’t just be working a shift—you’ll be playing a vital role in the recovery and wellness journeys of patients overcoming injury, surgery, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions.

Compensation: $90,000 to $120,000 + benefits

Job Duties:

  • Provide goal-oriented massage therapy as part of comprehensive treatment plans developed alongside physical therapists and other providers.
  • Deliver orthopedic, deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release, and other specialized techniques to support rehabilitation and pain management.
  • Customize each session based on patient diagnosis, medical history, and response to treatment.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation of sessions in the patient’s medical record.
  • Educate patients on self-care techniques, posture, stretching, and injury prevention strategies.
  • Collaborate daily with physical therapists and medical staff in a team-focused setting.

Requirements:

  • Active Washington State Massage Therapy License.
  • 1+ year of clinical or orthopedic massage experience preferred, but new grads with strong therapeutic training are encouraged to apply.
  • Familiarity with orthopedic-focused techniques (e.g., neuromuscular therapy, sports massage, myofascial release).
  • Empathetic and client-focused
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative healthcare setting
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
