Location: Waterboro, Maine 

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, you’ll be responsible for providing individualized therapy to individuals, couples, and families in a collaborative and client-centered environment. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, and you’ll play an essential role in promoting mental wellness within our community.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Individual therapy with adults, children, or adolescents, depending on your specialization and interests.
  • Optional family or couples therapy based on your clinical strengths.
  • Intake assessments, treatment planning, and progress evaluations.
  • Crisis intervention and safety planning as needed.
  • Coordination with primary care providers, schools, and community resources to ensure holistic care.
  • Participation in peer consultation groups, supervision (if applicable), and ongoing professional development.

What You Bring:

  • Active LCSW or LICSW license in Maine (or ability to obtain one within 90 days).
  • Strong clinical skills, including experience with trauma, anxiety, depression, or family systems work.
  • Commitment to ethical, client-centered, and culturally competent care.
  • Excellent documentation and time management skills.
  • Interest in working with underserved or rural populations is a plus.
