Job Title: Full-Time Office Manager – Hospital-Affiliated Clinic (Phoenix  , Arizona )

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday - Friday: 9 AM-5 PM

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits

Job Duties:

  • Manage daily administrative operations of assigned hospital office or clinical department
  • Supervise and support a team of administrative professionals, front-desk staff, schedulers, or medical records personnel
  • Coordinate staff scheduling, timekeeping, and performance evaluations in collaboration with HR
  • Serve as liaison between clinical staff and administrative departments (billing, IT, facilities, etc.)
  • Ensure efficient patient registration, appointment scheduling, and front-desk operations
  • Monitor and manage office budgets, supply inventories, and vendor contracts
  • Track and report key operational metrics (appointment flow, patient satisfaction, productivity)
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and hospital policies and procedures
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and continuing development for administrative team members
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture across departments
  • Troubleshoot operational issues, escalate concerns appropriately, and propose process improvements
  • Represent the department in leadership meetings and strategic planning sessions

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • 3–5 years of administrative or office management experience, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage operations, and improve workflows
  • Strong working knowledge of EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, or equivalent), Microsoft Office Suite, and scheduling platforms
  • Familiarity with billing, coding, insurance verification, and healthcare compliance standards
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and discretion
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
