Job Type: Full Time
Work Hours: Monday - Friday: 9 AM-5 PM
Compensation: $75,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits

Job Duties:
- Manage daily administrative operations of assigned hospital office or clinical department
- Supervise and support a team of administrative professionals, front-desk staff, schedulers, or medical records personnel
- Coordinate staff scheduling, timekeeping, and performance evaluations in collaboration with HR
- Serve as liaison between clinical staff and administrative departments (billing, IT, facilities, etc.)
- Ensure efficient patient registration, appointment scheduling, and front-desk operations
- Monitor and manage office budgets, supply inventories, and vendor contracts
- Track and report key operational metrics (appointment flow, patient satisfaction, productivity)
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and hospital policies and procedures
- Assist with onboarding, training, and continuing development for administrative team members
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture across departments
- Troubleshoot operational issues, escalate concerns appropriately, and propose process improvements
- Represent the department in leadership meetings and strategic planning sessions
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred)
- 3–5 years of administrative or office management experience, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage operations, and improve workflows
- Strong working knowledge of EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, or equivalent), Microsoft Office Suite, and scheduling platforms
- Familiarity with billing, coding, insurance verification, and healthcare compliance standards
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and discretion
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
