Family Medicine Physician – Opportunity in California

Location: Santa Monica, California | Specialty: Family Medicine | Employment Type: Full-Time | Schedule: Outpatient (Monday–Friday, 9 AM- 5 PM)

Compensation: $280,000-$300,000 per year + benefits 

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our thriving outpatient practice in California. This is an outstanding opportunity for a physician passionate about community health, preventive care, and building long-term relationships with patients of all ages—from pediatrics to geriatrics.

Job Duties:

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions for a diverse patient population
• Provide preventive care, screenings, and wellness education
• Coordinate care with specialists and in-house support services
• Participate in quality improvement and population health programs
• Engage with the community through outreach, education, or advocacy (optional)

Candidate Profile:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Current or eligible for California medical license
• Strong clinical skills, with the ability to care for patients of all ages
• Passion for community-focused care and health equity
• Commitment to teamwork, innovation, and lifelong learning
