Licensed Virtual Therapist – Full-Time Remote Position in Moorhead, Minnesota

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Salary: $100,000-$110,000 annually + benefits

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide structured online therapy to clients.
• Help individuals navigate emotional and behavioral concerns.
• Implement tailored treatment plans for progress and healing.
• Uphold professional documentation and best practices in telehealth.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active Minnesota license (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent).
• Proven experience handling diverse mental health concerns.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
