Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC) – Full-Time Opportunity in St. Cloud, Minnesota

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Salary: $100,000-$110,000 annually + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions tailored to client needs.
• Guide individuals through emotional and behavioral challenges.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans.
• Foster resilience and personal development in clients.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active Minnesota license (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent).
• Experience addressing a wide range of mental health concerns.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
