Position Overview:

As we continue to expand our services, we are seeking a detail-oriented, highly knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy Services team.

The Pharmacist plays an essential role in the safe and effective delivery of pharmaceutical care. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the accurate preparation, dispensing, and monitoring of medications while collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense prescription medications and verify dosage, ingredients, and interactions
• Provide expert guidance to patients and healthcare professionals regarding medication use and safety
• Monitor patient medication therapies to ensure proper treatment and minimize adverse effects
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to optimize patient care
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations
• Oversee pharmacy inventory, including ordering and stocking medications
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in electronic health systems
• Provide immunizations and other clinical services as permitted by state regulations

Requirements:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution
• Valid state Pharmacist license in good standing
• Previous experience in a pharmacy, hospital, or healthcare setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of drug interactions, pharmaceutical regulations, and best practices
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make critical decisions
