Position: Full-time, Virtual

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Duties:

• Offer personalized mental health support during online sessions.
• Focus on stress management, goal setting, and enhancing clients' well-being.
• Collaborate on program improvements with our clinical team.

Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 annually with comprehensive benefits

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure in California as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT, or ability to obtain licensure.
• Proven experience in providing therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds.
• Dedication to cultural sensitivity and affirming care for all individuals.
• Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork abilities.
