SCHEDULE:

• Monday to Friday 8 AM – 5 PM

 SALARY

• $110,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to track outcomes and ensure effective treatment.
• Develop and implement group therapy sessions and treatment plans for psychiatric patients.
• Participate in discharge planning and advance care planning.
• Work with clients to set achievable goals and monitor their progress throughout the therapeutic process.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Current licensure as LMFT in the state.

• Must have experience working with older adults.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
