Details:

• Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Pay Range: $90K–$110K annually

In This Role, You Will:

• Deliver one-on-one patient evaluations and develop recovery goals
• Track outcomes and adjust plans based on progress
• Offer clinical oversight to assistants in line with regulatory standards
• Promote continuity of care with strong interprofessional communication

Your Background:

• Accredited DPT or MPT
• Licensed PT in CO, or willing to obtain
• Proactive and team-oriented
• EMR skills (WebPT familiarity a bonus)
