Join Our Team as a Full-Time Physical Therapist 

We are hiring a Physical Therapist to join a Skilled Nursing Facility in Port Jervis, NY. This role offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment while providing high-quality patient care.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually + full benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• See 7 patients a day

• Provide accurate and timely information to patients and families, addressing inquiries or directing them to the appropriate resources.
• Assist patients in navigating their care by offering clear directions and support.
• Manage workload efficiently, ensuring timely completion of tasks and patient treatments.

Requirements:

• NYS Physical Therapist License
• MSPT or DPT in Physical Therapy
• Two or more years of relevant experience
