Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW) – Full-Time Position in Lahaina, Hawaii

We’re looking for a licensed therapist to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who values meaningful connections and wants to guide clients toward emotional well-being.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $80,000–$90,000 per year, with benefits

Job Duties:

• Providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Developing personalized strategies to help clients achieve progress.
• Offering referrals when specialized care is needed.
• Keeping thorough and confidential documentation.

Qualifications:

• An LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW license in Hawaii.
• A master’s degree in Mental Health, Social Work, or a related field.
• Clinical experience is a plus.
