Hiring! Full-time Pain Management Physician in Lodi. California

We are seeking board board-certified and eligible Pain Management Doctor to join our growing, successful practice. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a strong blend of clinical expertise and the ability to handle diverse patient populations while maintaining a high level of professionalism. 

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $400,000 per year + benefits 

Job Duties:

  • Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and review detailed medical histories.
  • Utilize diagnostic imaging and other assessments to accurately identify the source and nature of patients' pain conditions.
  • Develop personalized pain management plans tailored to each patient’s diagnosis.
  • Consider a broad spectrum of treatment options, including but not limited to medication management, physical therapy, interventional procedures, and psychological therapies.
  • Prescribe and monitor pain medications, including controlled substances, with a focus on safety and efficacy.
  • Educate patients on the appropriate use of medications and potential side effects.
  • Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations governing controlled substances.
  • Perform minimally invasive procedures such as epidural steroid injections, facet joint injections, nerve blocks, and radiofrequency ablation.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of procedures and modify treatment plans accordingly.
  • Discuss potential risks, benefits, and alternative therapies with patients.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed medical records, including treatment plans, procedural notes, and medication administration.

Requirements:

  • Board-certified in Pain Management or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
  • Accepting New Grads
  • Must have a California MD license in good standing and must be able to acquire registration and licensing in California
  • It is preferred that you are in network with Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Insurance
  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing to provide instructions to patients, clinical staff, operations support teams, and other physicians
