Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist – Pediatric Outpatient Clinic
Location: Colorado City, Colorado
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Compensation: $90,000 to $100,000 + benefits

Position Overview:

We are excited to announce that we have an open position for a Physical Therapist (PT) in our orthopedic rehabilitation facility in Colorado. As the Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal conditions, orthopedic injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for orthopedic patients.

  • Implement evidence-based interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to reduce pain and restore function.

  • Provide post-surgical rehabilitation and injury prevention education.

  • Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

  • Educate patients on proper body mechanics, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.

  • Document assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Stay current with advancements in orthopedic physical therapy practices.

Requirements:

  • Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

  • Active Colorado Physical Therapist license

  • Preferably 1-3 years of experience in orthopedic or musculoskeletal rehabilitation

  • CPR and First Aid certification

  • Proficiency in manual therapy techniques

  • Strong diagnostic, communication, and collaboration skills

  • Experience in sports medicine or working with athletes.

  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
