Physical Therapist – Transform Lives in Our Assisted Living Facility

Salary: $90,000-$100,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday – Friday 9 am - 5 pm
Patient Volume: 7 patients a day or 35 patients a week
Patient Type: Geriatric Patients in an assisted living facility

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct personalized evaluations to understand each resident's goals and abilities.
• Use creative, evidence-based therapies to enhance movement, reduce pain, and improve well-being.
• Collaborate with a supportive team of caregivers, nurses, and family members to ensure holistic care.
• Guide residents through exercises designed to build confidence and independence.
• Keep accurate records that track progress and celebrate milestones.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active Oregon State license as Physical Therapist.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
• Strong manual therapy skills and training.
• Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
• No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
