Occupational Therapist (OT) – Orthopedic Outpatient
Location: New Haven, Connecticut
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Compensation: $85,000 to $95,000 + benefits

We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our growing team in Connecticut. As an OT, you’ll play a critical role in helping patients regain their independence, improve function, and engage more fully in their daily lives.

Who are we looking for?

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current Connecticut OT license (or eligible prior to start).
  • Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
  • A patient-first mindset and commitment to compassionate care.
  • Experience in outpatient, pediatric, or rehabilitation settings is a plus.

What you will do:

  • Evaluate patients to identify limitations and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve daily living skills, fine motor coordination, and adaptive function.
  • Recommend adaptive equipment and provide training as needed.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
