Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedics | Full-Time

We’re working with an established outpatient orthopedic clinic in Monticello, NY to help identify a licensed Physical Therapist interested in a role with consistency, clarity, and strong peer support. The clinic promotes a high-quality model of care, balancing clinical autonomy with collaborative input. This position is ideal for professionals seeking to work in a patient-first environment with reasonable caseloads and clearly defined expectations. With no weekend shifts and a structured Monday–Friday schedule, it offers a work-life rhythm many clinicians are looking for.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 + full benefits package
Caseload: Approximately 6–7 patients per day

Responsibilities Include

• Evaluating musculoskeletal conditions and setting targeted treatment goals
• Administering and adjusting therapy sessions based on patient response
• Communicating rehabilitation progress clearly to patients
• Completing clinical notes in line with documentation standards
• Collaborating with fellow clinicians to ensure continuity of care

Requirements

• New York PT licensure
• Physical Therapy degree (DPT or MPT)
• Prior experience in orthopedic outpatient practice is advantageous
