Salary:

• $90,000 - $110,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' orthopedic therapy needs and formulate effective treatment plans.
• Deliver care aligned with physician directives, agency policies, and professional standards.
• Provide top-notch patient care, including assessments, treatment planning, patient education, and safety procedures.
• Emphasize prevention and management of functional disorders.
• Counsel patients and families on at-home treatment strategies and exercises.
• Ensure other healthcare providers have the necessary patient information.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid New Jersey state Physical Therapy license
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an outpatient setting
• Strong background and proficiency in treating various health conditions
• Proficient in word processing and computer skills
