Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year, plus full benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate patients’ conditions and determine treatment needs.
• Design personalized therapy programs that promote mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall health.
• Provide hands-on therapy and exercise instruction, motivating patients to reach their full potential.
• Keep detailed documentation to track patient progress and communicate updates to the care team.
• Share knowledge and provide support to patients and families, encouraging continued success beyond therapy sessions.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid Washington Physical Therapist license.
• Experience in orthopedic physical therapy is preferred.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.
