Exciting Role for a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist!

Do you want to help individuals rebuild their lives after a setback? We’re looking for a compassionate speech-language pathologist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. In this role, you’ll help patients recover their ability to communicate and swallow, providing both practical support and emotional encouragement. Your work will be instrumental in helping them regain confidence and independence. If you’re ready to make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you!

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Compensation:

• Annual salary between $120,000 and $130,000, with comprehensive benefits included.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver personalized therapy that empowers patients to improve their speech and cognitive skills.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to tailor care plans that address each patient's unique needs.
• Document patient progress and communicate findings with your team to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming treatment environment for patients.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in California.
• At least 2 years of experience, preferably with adult and geriatric populations.
• Current CPR certification.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
