About the Role
In this full-time position, you’ll work with individuals, couples, and families to provide therapy services. Key tasks include documentation, collaborating with medical teams, and engaging in professional development.

Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Pay Range: $115,000 - $120,000 annually, plus a competitive benefits package.

Core Duties:

• Deliver individual, couple, and family therapy sessions
• Keep thorough records of client sessions
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for enhanced care delivery
• Participate in training and development programs

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
• Licensed as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in New Jersey
• A minimum of 2 years of counseling experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems
• Ability to work effectively on your own or as part of a team
