Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity – Be a Guiding Light!

Are you eager to support patients in their journey to recovery? We are seeking a dedicated speech-language pathologist to join our team, focusing on inpatient rehabilitation. In this fulfilling position, you will assist patients in regaining their communication and swallowing abilities, ensuring they feel supported and understood throughout the process. Work Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Salary:

• Competitive salary of $120,000 to $130,000 per year, with a full benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct therapy sessions to enhance speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing skills.
• Engage with patients empathetically, fostering a positive atmosphere that encourages recovery.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of patient progress in line with regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Speech Language Pathologist license in California.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with adults and older adults.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help patients.
