Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) Wanted!

Position Details:

We are currently looking to hire a Full-time Therapist to provide individual, couples, and family therapy services for a wide variety of mental health concerns including mood disorders, trauma responses, substance abuse, and relational conflict.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $90,000 to $100,000 with full benefits

Your Duties Include:

  • Develop and recommend treatment plans, conduct essential treatment services such as psychoeducational and transitional groups, and provide suicide prevention interventions and management techniques.
  • Gather relevant information necessary to accurately diagnose and treat patient; such as, mental status exam; functional impairments; behavioral health, substance use and trauma history; patient strengths and potential barriers to accessing services.
  • Join with patients to develop individualized treatment plans aimed at addressing identified mental health symptoms of concern and presenting problems
  • Employ culturally competent, trauma-informed, best practices during psychotherapy.
  • Make essential referrals and connections to community resources through care coordination and by helping patients prioritize needs.

Qualifications We Are Looking For:

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or Psychology. (LMFT, LPC, LCSW)
  • Active state licensure as a LMFT/LPC/LCSW
  • (3) years therapy experience with crisis counseling and working with adults, children and families in an outpatient setting desired
  • Ability to collect and analyze data for treatment planning
  • Competence in group therapy facilitation
