SALARY: $100,000 to $120,000 per year.

 

Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop effective treatment plans.

- Deliver individual therapy using tailored modalities to promote personal growth and well-being.

- Establish therapeutic goals and monitor client progress.

- Offer teletherapy options for virtual sessions or accessibility challenges.

- Maintain accurate documentation to uphold ethical standards.

- Engage in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

- Current and valid state licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R Privilege (LCSW-R) , Licensed Psychoanalyst or Psychologist.

- Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Empathy, compassion, and non-judgmental attitude.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
