Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist - Full-Time in Simi Valley, California

An excellent opportunity for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide meaningful support to individuals, couples, and families. This position offers a chance to make a significant impact while working in a professional and supportive setting.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy sessions tailored to individuals, couples, families, or groups.
• Apply evidence-based techniques to support client needs.
• Equip clients with strategies for navigating life’s challenges.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards.
• Guide clients in identifying the best treatment approaches.
• Promote resilience and positive relationship-building.

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Current LMFT license in California.
• Experience with cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems, and related therapeutic techniques.
• Strong documentation and communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Two or more years of experience preferred.
