Salary Range: $80,000 – $90,000 per year

Location: Miami, Florida

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

As a licensed SLP, you will support our growing patient population with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing needs, especially post-concussion, TBI, or neurological conditions related to musculoskeletal trauma.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop tailored treatment plans aligned with interdisciplinary rehab goals
  • Educate patients and families on communication strategies and therapy exercises
  • Document progress using EMR and participate in regular case reviews with the rehab team
  • Support patient recovery across orthopedic and neurological pathways

Qualifications:

  • Current Florida Licensure (or in progress) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • CCC-SLP preferred (CFY candidates welcome with mentorship available)
  • Strong interest in outpatient, orthopedic, and neurological rehab
  • Excellent communicator and team collaborator
  • Familiarity with cognitive rehab, post-concussion therapy, or voice/swallowing therapy is a plus
