Looking for a Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) in California!

Salary Range: $120,000 to $130,000

We are seeking a LMFT, LCSW or LPCC to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will provide professional counseling services to individuals, families, and groups, addressing various mental health concerns and promoting overall well-being. What you’ll do:

• Conduct psychotherapy sessions with clients to address emotional, mental, and behavioral issues via telehealth
• Provide crisis intervention services for clients in acute distress
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Utilize diagnostic assessments and treatment planning
• Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to support clients with behavioral challenges
• Offer mental health counseling and therapy sessions tailored to individual needs

What we need:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health, or related field.
• Active Clinical licensure and experience in LMFT/LCSW/LPCC.
• Must have at least 2-4 years of experience providing individual, group and family therapy/counseling.

Skills & Experience:

• Comfortable with technology and distance-based management of patients.
• Know how to use telehealth in counseling
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines for social work practice
• Ability to provide mental health counseling in a compassionate and effective manner
