We are seeking several licensed mental health therapists to fill remote positions in Arkansas for the world's largest online therapy platform. You provide the clinical expertise; we take care of everything else. 

Salary:

• Sign-on bonus
• $90k-$104k per year depending on hours worked
• Weekly direct deposit

Qualifications:

• Licensed Mental Health Therapist with an active LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or Psychologist license in good standing.
• Master's Degree or Doctorate Degree

Then, we provide clients with a wide variety of ways to connect with you so that they can best start their therapeutic journey: from scheduled live sessions to shared journal entries, to audio and video messages, to clinical worksheets, to formal goal setting, tracking, and more.

• All clients are stable and have low acuity. There are no severe mental health, addiction, or psychotic clients. 70% of the clients on the platform are younger women who may be dealing with depression, anxiety, ADHD, relationship issues, weight disorders, or need grief counseling.
