Schedule: Full-time | Tuesday-Sunday | Outpatient only | No panel management

MCHC Health Centers is seeking a mission-driven Walk-In Clinic Physician to provide high-quality, compassionate care to our established patient population. This role serves MCHC patients needing same-day, non-emergency care in a supportive outpatient setting. MCHC provides comprehensive services for the communities of Mendocino and Lake Counties that include primary care, dental, behavioral health, women's services, and specialty care services. There is strong team support and a multidisciplinary care team approach to care. The mission of MCHC Health Centers is to provide compassionate, high quality healthcare for our communities. We ensure that there are no closed doors for those seeking primary health care at MCHC in Lake and Mendocino Counties.
About the Role:
- Provide timely assessment and treatment for acute, non-emergent medical concerns
- Support continuity of care for MCHC patients by working closely with our primary care and care team providers
- Serve patients of all ages with a strong emphasis on accessibility and equity
Our clinics are located in rural Northern California right on the 101 Hwy, 2 hrs. north of San Francisco, 2 hrs. north-west of Sacramento and 1 hr. from the Pacific Ocean. Requirements
- MD or DO with current CA license (or eligibility)
- Board certified/eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
- BLS
- Urgent care or outpatient experience preferred
- Bilingual Spanish/English a plus, but not required
