Locations: Clarksburg, WV (on-site) | Louis A. Johnson VA Medical Center

Position Offers:

Full-time/long-term position
Regular weekly hours (0730-1600) with on calls hours as required

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology

Summary:

CICONIX is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Urology Physician to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the Louis A. Johnson VA Medical Center in Clarksburg, WV.

About the Role:

Provide clinical urology services including surgeries, consultations, cystoscopies, and other related urology procedures.
Communicate test results to providers and patients within a timely manner.
Provide discharge education and follow up instructions that are coordinated with the next care setting for all urology clinical or surgical patients.
Participate in continuous quality improvement activities and meetings with committee participation as required.
Attend staff meetings as required.

Qualifications:

Education:
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree required.
Licensure & Certifications (Current & Unrestricted):
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
- Active, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in any U.S. State, Territory, Commonwealth, or the District of Columbia.
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certifications required.
- Active DEA license required.
- NPI report printout
Experience:
- Relevant experience required.
Security & Background Check:
- U.S. Citizenship and a successful background investigation are required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to comply with the government vaccination requirements.
