Job Summary

Our client is seeking a dedicated RN or LPN to provide optimal nursing care using a systematic problem-solving approach. The primary goal is to facilitate an optimal level of functioning and health for the patient by leveraging critical thinking and collaboration with the clinic team to improve quality of care and patient experience.

Schedule: M-F 8a-5p

Pay: $44-64/hr

**Must have 2 years of Urology or Gynecology or Urogynecology experience.

Must have license to work in state of Washington

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process as a systematic problem-solving approach to nursing care.
• Independently triage patients in person, via telephone and secure messages, utilizing protocols, guidelines, and standards.
• Use critical thinking skills in making decisions regarding patient care, integrating relevant standards, resources, and data.
• Deliver medical regimens as directed by physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
• Delegate selected patient care functions to others based on their education, credentials, and competence.
• Collaborate with the clinic team to enhance quality of care, patient experience, and stewardship.
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families, and health care team members.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care, respecting the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse backgrounds.
