Department: HVHS Pain Treatment Center, Kenmawr Plaza
Work Hours: Part-time, approximately 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday, Daylight Hours 730AM-4PM , No Weekends or Holidays

Provides professional nursing care practicing legal nursing responsibilities as indicated by the Nurse Practice Act.  

Required

Graduate of an accredited professional school of nursing, current Pennsylvania licensure, other state licensure as required.  Must have IV and venipuncture skills and strong clinical assessment skills.  Completion of Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) and ACLS within 3 months of hire. Successful completion of Acts 73 and/or 169 clearances within 90 days of commencing employment, if applicable. 

Preferred:

Two years of previous nursing experience in a clinical setting or pain treatment center and/or physician office setting.  Knowledge of pain pathways, diagnosis and treatments preferred.
