Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop personalized plans of care

  • Deliver individualized treatments in 40-minute one-on-one sessions

  • Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner using EMR

  • Adjust treatment strategies to ensure goal progression and functional recovery

  • Collaborate with patients, families, and care teams to drive patient education and adherence

  • Participate in staff development, team meetings, and ongoing clinical training

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution

  • Active or eligible Physical Therapy license in the state of Montana

  • Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills

  • Desire to provide personalized, hands-on care in an outpatient environment

  • New graduates are welcome to apply; mentorship is available
