Position Details:

Experience in TCI, SEL, and Restorative Practices
Assist in SEL Education in Classroom
Behavior De-escalation

Key Responsibilities:

Provide counseling and behavioral support for students
Develop and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Assess student needs and track progress
Collaborate with staff, families, and IEP teams to implement support strategies
Maintain documentation and participate in IEP meetings
