Job Description
RHSC is seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Manager to lead our residential treatment team at Hovander House, a vital program providing crisis support and behavioral health services in the community. As the Clinical Manager, you'll provide clinical leadership and day-to-day oversight for the Hovander House program. You'll be responsible for supervision, quality management, safety, staffing, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and supervise daily clinical operations
- Ensure quality, compliance, and safety in all treatment services
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and program coordination
- Provide clinical supervision and support to team members
- Foster a collaborative, compassionate, and trauma-informed environment
Work Schedule:
- Full-time (1.0 FTE), Exempt
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- On-call responsibilities required
Location: Hovander House Crisis Residence in St. Paul, MN
Required Qualifications:
Education: Master's Degree in Social Work, or Psychology with licensure, or Doctorate in Psychology
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in mental health or substance use treatment services
- At least 1 year of experience supervising staff in a clinical setting
Licensure (one of the following):
- Licensed Mental Health Professional: LICSW, LP, LMFT, or LPCC
- Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist or Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (adult, family, or child/adolescent focus)
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist
