What you'll do:

• Provide excellent guest service and hospitality
• Help prepare and serve great food
• Ingredient Preparation: Washing, peeling, cutting, chopping, and slicing fruits, vegetables, and meats according to recipes or specific instructions.
• Measuring and Portioning: Accurately weighing and measuring ingredients and portioning them for individual dishes to ensure consistency in food quality and quantity.
• Stocking and Organization: Monitoring ingredient levels, stocking workstations, refrigerators, and dry storage areas, and ensuring that all food is labeled and organized using the \First In, First Out\ (FIFO) method to prevent spoilage.
• Learn and excel in various restaurant stations; such as Grill, Fryers, Cashier, Desserts and Sandwiches.
• Adhering to Safety Standards: Following all company policies and health and safety regulations, including proper food handling procedures and temperature controls for food storage areas.
