Light Up Counselling LTD is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team in Camden, New Jersey. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to provide psychological evaluations within a correctional facility setting. The successful candidate will conduct non-treatment Disability Exams, offering invaluable assessments that enhance the mental health support system for incarcerated individuals.

You will work onsite within a correctional facility, providing a structured and safe environment for mental health evaluation and assessment. This facility serves a diverse population with varying mental health needs, and you will be part of a robust team focused on comprehensive patient care. Operating under strict security protocols, your role will demand adherence to guidelines while fostering therapeutic relationships built on trust and respect.
You will primarily work with individuals experiencing a range of mental health conditions, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and personality disorders. This role requires not only clinical skill but also an understanding of the unique challenges faced by individuals within the correctional system, allowing you to provide targeted interventions that promote rehabilitation and mental well-being.
The compensation for this role ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
