Job Duties:

• Assist the dentist chairside during procedures—including cleanings, restorations, cosmetic treatments, and ortho.
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure all equipment is ready to go.
• Capture digital and portable X-rays with accuracy and care.
• Help patients feel at ease by walking them through treatments and post-care instructions.
• Manage patient records with attention to detail and assist in smooth front- and back-office coordination.
• Monitor and restock supplies to keep operations running smoothly.
• Follow OSHA and infection control protocols to maintain a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant in a general practice setting.
• Comfortable with dental procedures, terminology, and clinical documentation.
• Familiarity with dental software; Open Dental experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; formal dental assistant training preferred.
• A team-first attitude and a strong sense of initiative.
