Full-time Dental Assistant Needed

Our dental clinic is in search of a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. This position involves providing direct support to dentists during procedures, managing patient interactions, and maintaining an organized and efficient office environment. You will also handle sterilization of instruments and assist in patient education. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for patient care.

Salary:

• $50,000 to $70,000 a year with full benefits

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during various procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are ready for use.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  
• Perform four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
• Manage patient records and assist with scheduling appointments as needed.
  
• Utilize dental software systems for managing patient information.
• Display knowledge of dental anatomy to assist in diagnostic procedures and treatment planning.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Active state Dental Assistant license.
• At least 1-2 years of previous experience as a Dental Assistant
• Proficiency in dental software and practice management systems.
• Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and equipment.
• Strong patient care skills and a compassionate demeanor.
