Full-time Dental Assistant Needed

We are excited to welcome a motivated Dental Assistant to our team. In this role, you will assist with various clinical procedures, manage patient records, and help ensure a positive experience for our patients. Responsibilities include preparing treatment areas, sterilizing instruments, and providing chairside assistance during dental procedures. A team-oriented mindset and excellent interpersonal skills are crucial for success in this position.

Salary:

• $50,000 to $70,000 a year with full benefits

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during various procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are ready for use.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  
• Perform four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
• Manage patient records and assist with scheduling appointments as needed.
  
• Utilize dental software systems for managing patient information.
• Display knowledge of dental anatomy to assist in diagnostic procedures and treatment planning.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Active state Dental Assistant license.
• At least 1-2 years of previous experience as a Dental Assistant
• Proficiency in dental software and practice management systems.
• Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and equipment.
• Strong patient care skills and a compassionate demeanor.
