We’re searching for a personable dental hygienist to join our talented team of health care providers! You’ll welcome patients and conduct their initial screenings, perform thorough, dental cleanings, and help dentists with examinations and procedures. $60 - $75 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Keep detailed records of each patient’s visit and update their health history
• Work with dentists to decide the best form of treatment for a variety of dental disease
• Advise patients on how to properly care for their teeth after a procedure or operation
• Use molds to create dental impressions of patients’ teeth so that their mouthguards, dentures, veneers, etc. are correctly made
• Put patients at ease by talking with them before, during, and after the appointment

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills
• Valid CPR certification
• Licensed to practice as a dental hygienist in the state
• Must have at least an associate’s degree in dental hygiene; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Understands HIPAA regulations and all dentistry safety guidelines
