Registered Dental Hygienist

Registered Dental Hygienist | Full-Time

Location: San Leandro, CA

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary: $95,000 – $105,000 annually, depending on experience

Position Summary:

We are looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist to focus on delivering preventive dental care, conducting thorough assessments, and guiding patients in maintaining their oral health. This position is vital to ensuring high standards of care and long-term patient wellness.

Responsibilities:

• Provide cleanings, deep scaling, and periodontal therapies
• Perform hygiene assessments and contribute to tailored treatment plans
• Take and review dental radiographs
• Educate patients on daily oral care and post-treatment guidance
• Keep detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with safety regulations
• Coordinate care with dentists and the broader clinical team

Qualifications:

• Valid California RDH license and active CPR certification
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Enthusiastic about working collaboratively in a dental care setting
