We are seeking a professional, compassionate, and skilled RDH to join our close-knit team. Dr. Carimi’s practice operates outside of insurance networks, focusing on excellence in patient health through integrity, mastery, and honest, patient-led conversations.
What We’re Looking For:
- A dedicated professional who stays current on continuing education and brings expertise in identifying and communicating patient needs seamlessly with the dentist and team.
- A strong patient advocate who builds lasting relationships through education and personalized care — including thoughtful touches like handwritten cards.
- Proficiency in taking, processing, and presenting radiographs and intraoral images.
- A true team player who values collaboration, communication, and maintaining a harmonious, efficient office atmosphere.
- Commitment to documentation accuracy and compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and sterilization standards.
- Open Dental experience is a plus, but not required.
