Work Hours: Monday - Friday: 9 AM-5 PM
Compensation: $150,000.00 - $200,000 per year + benefits
We are seeking an experienced Dentist to join our dynamic team in providing top-quality dental care to patients of all ages in an integrated care setting. As part of our mission to offer accessible, compassionate, and innovative care, you’ll work alongside our primary care providers, specialists, and support staff to deliver whole-person healthcare.
As a Dentist at Harmony Hill Medical Center, you will be a key player in providing high-quality oral health services to our patients. You will deliver comprehensive dental care and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to enhance the overall well-being of your patients.
Job Duties:
- Comprehensive Patient Care: Perform dental exams, cleanings, and diagnostics to assess and treat oral health issues
- Restorative Dentistry: Perform procedures such as fillings, crowns, bridges, root canals, and extractions
- Preventive Care: Educate patients on the importance of oral hygiene, preventive care, and healthy lifestyle choices
- Collaborative Care: Work closely with medical professionals, including primary care physicians and behavioral health specialists, to address the oral health needs of our patients in the context of their overall health
- Patient Education: Provide patients with clear explanations of their conditions and treatment options, ensuring they understand the care plan
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
- Leadership: Potential to mentor and train dental assistants and support staff in clinical procedures and best practices
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Active California dental license (or eligibility to obtain one)
- Strong clinical skills in general dentistry, including restorative and preventive care
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team of healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient education
- Bilingual skills (Spanish, Mandarin, Tagalog, etc.) are a plus
- Interest in working with underserved and diverse populations is highly valued
