Work Hours: Monday - Friday: 9 AM-5 PM
Compensation: $150,000.00 - $200,000 per year + benefits

Job Duties:
- Deliver comprehensive dental services, including preventive, restorative, prosthetic, and emergency care
- Perform exams, cleanings, extractions, fillings, crowns, dentures, and limited endodontics
- Diagnose oral diseases and develop evidence-based treatment plans
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, nutrition, and disease prevention
- Document care accurately in an electronic health record (EHR integration with medical side)
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, behavioral health staff, and case managers on holistic care
- Supervise dental hygienists and support staff in delivering high-quality, coordinated care
- Participate in clinical improvement initiatives, outreach events, and health education efforts
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited U.S. dental school
- Unrestricted license to practice dentistry in California (or eligible to obtain)
- Current DEA registration and BLS certification
- Strong diagnostic, procedural, and communication skills
- Experience working in a community clinic, FQHC, or hospital-affiliated setting
- Commitment to serving underserved populations
- Comfort treating medically complex patients in collaboration with medical teams
- Spanish or bilingual language skills a plus
