Work Hours: Monday - Friday: 9 AM-5 PM

Compensation: $150,000.00 - $200,000 per year + benefits

Job Duties:

  • Deliver comprehensive dental services, including preventive, restorative, prosthetic, and emergency care
  • Perform exams, cleanings, extractions, fillings, crowns, dentures, and limited endodontics
  • Diagnose oral diseases and develop evidence-based treatment plans
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene, nutrition, and disease prevention
  • Document care accurately in an electronic health record (EHR integration with medical side)
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, behavioral health staff, and case managers on holistic care
  • Supervise dental hygienists and support staff in delivering high-quality, coordinated care
  • Participate in clinical improvement initiatives, outreach events, and health education efforts

Qualifications:

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited U.S. dental school
  • Unrestricted license to practice dentistry in California (or eligible to obtain)
  • Current DEA registration and BLS certification
  • Strong diagnostic, procedural, and communication skills
  • Experience working in a community clinic, FQHC, or hospital-affiliated setting
  • Commitment to serving underserved populations
  • Comfort treating medically complex patients in collaboration with medical teams
  • Spanish or bilingual language skills a plus
