Key Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, disinfecting surfaces, and ensuring all necessary materials are readily available.
• Greet and prepare patients for dental examinations and treatments, creating a welcoming and reassuring atmosphere.
• Take and develop dental X-rays following the dentist's directives, adhering to safety and exposure guidelines.
• Help manage patient appointments, maintain organized patient records, and assist with front office responsibilities such as billing and insurance processing.

• Maintain an inventory of dental supplies and equipment, ensuring that the office is adequately stocked to support routine operations.
• Perform laboratory tasks, including pouring and trimming dental models, to support treatment planning and patient cases.

Compensation and Benefits
