As a Registered Dental Assistant with Smile Matters, you will be immersed in a dynamic, onsite environment that promotes a collaborative and supportive team culture. Working alongside dental professionals, you’ll be part of a dedicated team that operates in various schools, ensuring that the dental needs of students are met efficiently and compassionately. Our schedule aligns with school hours, typically from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, allowing for evenings, weekends, and summers off—a perfect balance for families and individuals looking for flexible work hours.
The focus of Smile Matters is to serve children from low-income backgrounds who typically face barriers to accessing dental care. By delivering services directly within schools, we help to eliminate obstacles such as transportation and financial constraints. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 40,000 to 60,000 annually, with the potential for bonuses based on performance.
