Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, compassionate customer service to both new and established patients to enhance their dental experience.
• Assist dentists in various procedures, such as taking digital x-rays, conducting coronal polishing, and ensuring proper sterilization of instruments.
• Manage patient records and appointments using our electronic dental record system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of patient information.
• Comfort patients by explaining procedures and addressing any questions or concerns they may have, creating a calming atmosphere.
• Assist in verifying patient insurance coverage, either online or via phone, while effectively communicating insurance benefits to patients.
• Multitask efficiently, managing clinical duties alongside administrative responsibilities to ensure smooth office operations.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 40,000 to 60,000, commensurate with experience, plus performance bonuses based on team metrics.
